Need a new or replacement RUID?  Are you a new or transfer student looking for your first RUID?  Please refer to information below to find the appropriate process for your situation:


Returning Students/Returning Faculty/Staff: If you have lost your RUID, please complete this form to request to have your RUID printed.  We are currently only reprinting for essential reasons.  Once the request is received, you will be contacted to set up an appointment to pick up your RUID from the IMPACT Booth.  There is a $20 fee for each lost/replaced RUID that is due at the time of your appointment.


New and Transfer Students: Welcome to the Raptor family!  This summer, you will be attending your virtual Orientation and choosing your classes for the fall.  The Campus Center will be printing RUID’s after the orientation dates and mailing them to your address on file.  Please make sure your address is up-to-date in the system.  Mailings are scheduled for August.   


New Faculty/Staff: Welcome to the Raptor family!  Once your employment record has been activated and you have successfully uploaded a photo for your RUID, please complete this form to request to have your RUID printed.
