Need a new or replacement RUID?  Are you a new or transfer student looking for your first RUID?  Please refer to information below to find the appropriate process for your situation:
 
New and Transfer Students
Welcome to the Raptor Family!  Each of you will be completing your virtual Advising & Orientation where you’ll choose classes for the upcoming semester.  Once that is completed, the Campus Center will work with the Office of New Student programs to print new students’ RUID’s and mail them to the address on file.  Please make sure that information is up-to-date in the system.
 
If you have not received your first RUID, please stop by the IMPACT Booth during regular business hours to have it printed.  Please make sure to have your photo approved prior to coming to pick up your RUID.
 
New Faculty/Staff
Welcome to the Raptor family!  Once your employment record has been activated and you have successfully uploaded a photo for your RUID, please stop by the IMPACT Booth during regular business hours to have your RUID printed.  In order to gain access to the building, please call 856-225-6161 when you arrive at the main entrance.
 
Returning Students/Faculty/Staff
If you have lost your RUID, please stop by the IMPACT Booth during regular business hours to have your RUID printed.  In order to gain access to the building, please call 856-225-6161 when you arrive at the main entrance.  There is a $20 fee for each lost/replaced  RUID that is due at the time of pick-up.
